1. Overview
Plumber Pro AI is a managed automation service for UK sole trader plumbers. We build and operate automation systems on your behalf - including (depending on your retainer tier) missed-call replies, quote follow-up sequences, booking automation, review requests, and gas certificate reminders.
This is a service, not software. You do not log into anything, do not configure anything, and do not maintain anything. We do that for you under a simple monthly retainer.
2. The retainer
The monthly retainer covers the build, ongoing operation, monitoring, and up to 4 small tweaks per month. Typo fixes and one-word changes are always free and do not count toward your monthly allowance. Anything beyond standard scope is quoted in writing at £95/hour before any work begins.
There is no setup fee. The build (typically 5 business days from kick-off) is included in your first month's retainer.
When you pay
Your first month's retainer is charged on the day your system goes live - typically Day 5 of Month 1, once the build is delivered and you have confirmed it is working. You are not charged before the system is live. The 30-day money-back guarantee starts the same day (see Section 3). Subsequent months are charged automatically on the same date each month thereafter - the anniversary of your go-live date.
How you pay
Plumber Pro AI does not see, store or process your card details at any point. You enter them directly into a secure form hosted by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Stripe holds your card details on their own systems and takes the agreed monthly retainer on our behalf - we can trigger the charge through Stripe, but we cannot view your card number, expiry date or security code.
By entering your card details at onboarding you authorise Plumber Pro AI to take the agreed monthly retainer through Stripe on the schedule above, until you cancel.
Receipts
A receipt is emailed to you automatically the day each payment is taken, for your bookkeeping records.
Failed payments
If a payment fails (card expired, declined, etc.) we contact you within 1 business day and Stripe automatically retries the charge over the following 3 business days. If the payment is still not collected after 5 business days from the original charge date, the service is paused until payment is restored. You are not billed retroactively for any paused days, and the service resumes immediately once the payment goes through.
VAT
Zia & Zuko Ltd is not currently VAT-registered. The retainer prices shown on the pricing page are the all-in prices you pay - no VAT is added at checkout. If we register for VAT in future, existing clients will be given at least 30 days' written notice before any VAT-related change to their invoice.
Price changes
We may change the retainer price for new clients at any time. For existing clients, any price change requires at least 30 days' written notice. You may cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect; if you do not cancel, the new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period ends.
3. Cancellation & the 30-day guarantee
30-day money-back guarantee. Within the first 30 days of your system going live, if you decide it is not delivering what you were promised, you can request a full refund. We refund any retainer paid, switch the system off immediately, and export your data. No questions asked.
After the 30-day window, you may cancel at any time with no notice required, no contract, and no early termination fees. When you cancel, we immediately stop the recurring Stripe charge - you will not be billed for any month beyond the one currently in progress. The service continues to run normally through to the end of your current paid month. Within 2 business days of that month-end, the system is fully switched off and your data is exported to you. The retainer is not refunded pro-rata after the 30-day window - you receive the full month you have paid for.

4. Ownership
You own all customer data the service generates on your behalf - call logs, customer SMS history, quote and booking records. On cancellation we export this data to you as CSV within 5 business days, then delete it from our systems within 30 days.
We own the underlying automation workflows themselves (n8n nodes, routing logic, custom code). These are how we deliver the service. They are not transferable to you on cancellation.
5. Support
Standard support is provided by email at alex@plumberproai.co.uk during UK business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Response targets vary by issue severity from same-business-day (critical / system down) to 5 business days (low-priority enhancement requests). The automation runs 24/7 - support hours apply only to changes and break-fix requests on our end.
6. Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate access to your existing phone number, email, calendar and any tools we're integrating with
- Telling us promptly if any of those access details change
- Complying with the terms of any third-party services we're connecting to on your behalf (e.g. Tradify, ServiceM8)
- Ensuring your end-customers are happy to receive automated SMS / email from your business
7. Limitations
We do not guarantee specific revenue, job-count, or conversion outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control - your job mix, your local market, your conversion rates, third-party API availability. Our service is to build, run, and continuously improve the automation system; the results that flow from it are yours.
